My career started in town planning, designing urban spaces to raise the quality of life for communities.

With an appreciation for design thinking and technology I took on the challenge of building HubSpot’s partnership ecosystem in APAC to accelerate their international expansion.

Having achieved success as the #1 Channel Partner Manager in the region for 5 years running, I was motivated to drive more impact and took on a leadership role in the direct sales side of HubSpot.

I recruited, ramped and coached a team of high performing AE's and introduced a playbook for effective outbound pipeline generation.

This unique range of experience laid the groundwork for an understanding of how technology can be leveraged to solve complex problems, drive efficiency and ultimately scale operations from start-ups to established enterprises.
